1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), Discover, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna (Pay Later / Pay in Installments).
2. What currency are your prices in?
All prices on our website are listed in GBP (British Pound Sterling), and all taxes are already included in the displayed prices.
3. Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.
Items must be in new, unused condition
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
4. How do I start a return?

Include your order number and the reason for return.
5. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
6. Do you charge restocking fees?
No, we do not charge restocking fees.
7. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your returned item is received and approved, refunds are processed within 10 days to your original payment method.
8. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. We offer exchanges for items in new, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You may cancel your order by emailing us at info@houseofleisure.co.uk within 24 hours of placing it.
Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
10. My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately at info@houseofleisure.co.uk with photos of the defect, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
