1. Payment Options

All transactions are processed in GBP (British Pounds Sterling).
2. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at checkout
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorisation
- If a transaction is declined or fails, the order will not be processed
3. Pricing & Currency
- All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable UK taxes/VAT where required.
- Free delivery applies to eligible UK mainland addresses.
- We do not charge separate handling fees. Orders outside our supported delivery area may not be accepted or fulfilled.
4. Secure Transactions
We use SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to protect your personal and financial information.
Your payment details are not stored on our servers.
5. Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Unauthorised chargebacks may be reviewed and formally disputed.
