  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Our support team is available to guide you through the return process.
  • No restocking fees are charged.

2. Return Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, return shipping is free of charge.
  • Change of Mind: If you no longer want the item or ordered the wrong size or colour, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

3. How to Return

  2. Repack: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documents.
  3. Ship: Follow the instructions provided in your return authorisation email and use the recommended carrier or your preferred shipping method.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  • Approved refunds are processed within up to 7 business days after inspection.
  • Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size, colour, or replacement product, contact info@houseofleisure.co.uk and our team will assist you with the exchange process.

6. Non-Returnable Items
