At House of Leisure, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless by offering clear and reliable shipping guidelines. All orders within UK (United Kingdom) mainland qualify for free delivery. There will be additional charges for the 'offshore domestic regions' and ‘Scottish Highlands’: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.

Delivery Schedule
Here’s what you can expect for order processing and delivery:

  • Order cutoff time: Orders placed after 3pm GMT will be processed the next business day.
  • Handling time: Typically 2 business days, Monday through Friday.
  • Transit time: Around 5-40 business days, depending on product and destination.
  • Estimated delivery window: Approximately 7–42 business days in total.

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped direct from the manufacturer.

  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders within UK (United Kingdom) mainland with no minimum purchase required.
